I wonder how CJ cod2 servers can have all thoose maps running on even when there is sum missmatch error thing

Easy. Start removing maps and mods.

or just choose the maps u like and use them i guess

since I dont really play cod2 i am not sure but I would guess it only will give an error with too many mods? I dont think maps will cos any erors as long as you only use the one codjumper mod running on your server.
