So I finished working on my map and iwant to test it, so I go to my start menu, go to activison and click on compiler tool.

BAM, error..... I have no idea why it does not feel like working.
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click on OK to terminate the application.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. I would like to release my map soon :)

Without the package the compiler will not work. I had the same problem and it fixed it.

Ok, so I got the compiler working now, so I choose my map and click on compile

another error...
This application has failed to start because d3dx9_27.dll was not found. reinstalling the application may fix this problem.
I'm really getting discouraged now.

Download and put in your system32 folder. If that doesnt work put the file in the /bin/ folder in CoD2.
