Building Fast File Error

WHY ? i can't find answer, search all threat. Still can't solve. I got all made like in CoD4 Radiant Tutorial by Sovhax on YT.

Its map building problem or some program ? maybe drivers ?
I Figure out its problem in Compile BSP so it isn't create it, don't now why. If i came home i will show my real error.
P.S is anyone who can add xfire or face and help me on chat.
