Sever help

Well i know you have probably got a 1000 of these questions, but i still need help.

I need to get jump_slowdownEnable to 0, i have loaded the server in dev map which works but when it changes map i loose it.

So i pose the question, how can i get the server to allow me to keep jump_slowdownEnable always set to 0
