How do I update the modtools? Please help?

Where would I put the folders I downloaded? would I replace the bin in the CoD4 directory or something else?

Yeah just copy the download into the normal CoD4 directory (where your mod tools are installed). It should ask if you want to merge the bin folder with the existing one, choose yes. It will then ask if you want to replace a few .exe files with the new ones, again choose yes to all. And you should be done.
