I CAN'T fix it, I have lost the source files long ago. You can try it out on CoD2 if you have it installed, otherwise I wouldn't even know how to fix it. The map worked on one jump server I visited(when Soviet and Dan the man where on that server as well) but other than that one instance, people have mostly reported that it doesn't work on servers.
