Yeah there are a few videos of this going around some people are calling it the slide shot as they are mostly using it for doing "trickshots" , but apparently you used to be able to do it in MW2 and they called it a teleport shot for some reason. In some videos they get much higher than that one, if you look at the related videos there's one of a guy getting on a hill then onto a barrier.
