i saw on another mod the admins can teleport players (4 key) from spectators
what's the secret ?

AFAIK its not included in the standard codjumper mod by Drofder, so somebody just edited the mod and added this feature.

You can do it using the admin menu by moving to where you want then teleporting the player to you.

no i won't admin menu ..just teleport (4 key) from spectators

There's a "force spectator" button in the admin menu someone obviously made the opposite possible.
