Video was quite nice, although I've seen better movie configs. I'm not really an expert on video quality, though, so you're better off seeing what more experienced video makers have to say (there's quite a few in the community).

I don't know that much about quality also.
I'm a console player. so..
This is recorded with Fraps 30FPS - 0.25 timescale, instead of avidemo 200

Avidemo is ALOT better than fraps imo, takes alot longer to do though, but worth it.
You definitely need a better config, for example I don't think you had anti aliasing on? Because some of the lines looked really jaggedy. Also I don't know if you were going for that particular style but everything looked really blank, for example there was no decals on floor/walls (r_drawdecals 0). Also you want some specular map so guns are shiny ect. Quality of the actual video wasn't bad though.
Edit: At your post above, if you were using mazarini's movie config, it was either a fake crappy one or you didn't execute it properly.. I used mazarinis config in the following video and you can see what it looks like.

wrong i can get the same quality with fraps then avidemo + its quicker

when i'm using Avidemo. the screenshots are really stumbled up. ( is that a word? stumbled?

Fraps is a lot quicker, i prefer that

decals were probaly off, from playing promod. Didnt turn on.
I wasn't sure what anti aliasing did. so i let it off, thanks for telling.
I downloaded Mazarini's CFG, or mazadox? idk? it was in this forum. MAZADOX.CFG DOWNLOAD or something, but ill get another one
