Youtube fails once more.

What started off as a "how do you like this quality video" quickly became a "how do i fix this error video"

The part where i used the effect "gaussian blur" is fucked by youtube. On wipido you can see how it's suppose to come out.
PS: The youtube video is "hidden" so i think it's not possible to embed it.

No idea. I would try for now using a lower quality compression your end and see ho wit goes, or more simply, avoid the blur.
