CJ on My Server?

Heyy, Would it be possible if someone Helps my put CJ on my server?
Ive tried, & ive failed everytime,
I put the CJ folder in the Mods Directory, & change the command line,
But it doesnt download the files?
If someone can help, could you add me on Xfire: leehindle93
you can also have Full rcon access,
