1) It's the same as a normal jump elevator, except it takes a bit longer to get into the position and angle needed.

Very impressive video

I did some rpg-jump eles on bloc months ago, but they're really hard to do without the codjumper mod. (You can rpg-jump elevator up an extra 2 floors on one of the main side buildings on bloc).
