Hi all, remember the cod4 elevator glitch? Well i got so annoyed of people asking me how to do it, i made a video . And belive me, when i say alot of people i mean alot of people . Elevator binds provided underneath.

Here are the binds you will need:
bind MWHEELUP "+forward; wait 2;-forward"
bind MWHEELDOWN "+back; wait 2;-back"
(and then simply use your mouse scrollwheel!)

And yes, i still hate the elevator and dispise people who do this over normal jumps (unless its in promod )

Nice, the jump one you did isn't really a jump one since you did a normal one first and then the jump but you already on the edge then so much easier.

Yeah same, I've done it a few times on Bloc but cba to learn to do it properly.

Also, I got him to send me all the text and I made many, many corrections! He spelt 'elevator' as 'elevater' throughout, and also 'until' as 'untill'

Nice vid matty. Personally, I prefer to do elevators more traditionally (left/right binds) however your way works too, keep it up.

Ps. For those interested, I strafed 312 today, not amazing, but n2b for me

Is possible to use a bind like "crouch, forward, stand" "crouch, backward, stand"?
It would me much more faster to do, because you can just use wheel and go forward/backward modifying angle until you get elevator.
I'm trying that but dunno why after crouch it continue going forward.

I've tried this: bind MWHEELUP "+forward; wait 2;-forward; +moveup; wait 2; -moveup"

It works a bit, but it need some fixes, also it gives "command 206 not found"
Btw, i can do an elevator much faster then before, just put you under the elevator and continue scroll up fast..

Just put gocrouch at the front of that. To fix the command 206 thing, bind it like this:

/seta elevator_forward "gocrouch; +forward; wait 2; -forward; +moveup; wait 2; -moveup"
/bind MWHEELUP vstr elevator_forward
