need help on crash jump from woods in a bomb site

i just can't do it pls help. The woods jump which is an important one for clan wars.

I think he means the one where you jump up the piece of wood. The trick to doing that jump is to use pretty much any fps, but you gotta strafe, and jump right at the bottom of it and slide right up. Takes a little bit of practice...but easy to get the hang of
