The winter crash jump took ages for me to do, as I recall it was 333FPS.

Im pretty sure its possible with 250 aswell, I casually tried it a few times in public servers and got extremely close with 250.
I may be wrong though :S

I seem to remember doing it with 250, isn't it done with 250 in the video? I can't remember whether it was me that did it or not lol.

promod jumps and bounces video contains this strafe so it's possible with 125 or 250 fps
