Looking for Nade stopwatch

Hey guys,
i play Call of Duty 1 now after a long break, but i lost the feeling when i have to jump at nadejumps.
so i am looking for a nade stopwatch, it should start when i throw the nade and then counts down from the 3 or 4 secs till explode.
would be very nice if someone has such a file or tool and can give it to me.

Just use ingame clock.
click throw at 'x' time and wait exactly 4 seconds. (or 5, can't remember).

Timing it sucks when you could do it before but have to learn it again.

Just practise it again, I'm pretty sure it won't take you that long.

He means the time which appears top middle of the screen (iirc, been a long time).

lol ur right i just searched the inet and config for a time command
but now i remember there is a time integrated
stupid but funny xD
