Thats NovemberDobby's Zombie mod (v1.52 is newest), and yeah its awesome -not sure if this is NovemberDobby's or not you'll have to check, all the other Zombie mods I know are lame :S

The clan I'm in has a Zombie mod server on v1.0 of CoD4, and it is really fun to play.

So if it is NovemberDobby's zombie mod I would accept this person's generosity
