Yeh, should've seen me in a match on Creek yesterday. Was the only guy left. He was defusing the bomb while I waited for him to stand still to defuse. I held my breath, hit him, but nothing happened, I fired a second time, nothing happened, even a THIRD time, still not dead! I did this with the M21, it's more useful in Creek. Right before he stopped defusing I sniped him with 1 shot of my Desert Eagle. What a fucked up guns!

I even checked the demo with CoD4 demo player after in SLOW-MOTION. The first and last shots I should've killed him, the second was 50-50. But man, that SUCKS.

I was allways very keen to playing the new cod's.. Especially cod4, cuz I had really seen enough of the slow cod2 gameplay.
Seeing cod4 had sprint again, I was really looking forward to it.. Now I know I ended up hating cod4 mp.
Seeing cod5 looks pretty much the same as cod4 gameplay. I cant be bothered anymore.
Bottom line is: I liked the fast sprayish cod/uo gameplay, but since cod2 it went bad. Its not very likely that Im gonna buy cod5. Allthough I might download the game to see if im wrong about it.

I want maps which are easy to see like Harbor. Not those maps full of details where there's a damn camper in every corner or hiding behind some broken wall.

i know from some mods that have a nice camper radar. if the f***ing camper sit longer as 10-20 sec in a corner and dont move, is he on the little map to see for a time.

is it so hard to put this FEATURE in the game and enable or disable it in the server.cfg (like the killcam) ????

We werent whining about cod5, but cod2 and 4... So we have played the game before whining.

You said you weren't gonna buy it just because it looks like CoD4 (I agree, it does look like CoD4, but doesn't make it bad).

I actually liked CoD2 more than CoD4 (Public play, that also counts for matches) simply because I LOVED sniping on it, I did nothing else, all maps I sniped, and yes, I was incredibly good at it. The way CoD4 fucked up snipers is beyond my believe. It's just horrible... pathetic.

The maps were good, so were CoD4 maps although I hate maps like Pipeline and Downpour. Too campy maps, you can get behind a person too easily.

When I look at some Counterstrike maps (Although I never played it, I did see my bro playing it) it has very simple maps. Then it comes down to skill because it's so easy to spot the enemy because the level detail is low. That's why I love maps like Harbor or the classic Carentan. They rely so much on skill. Maps like Pipeline are just fucking dull, there's many ways you can take, it's easy to sneak around a player and kill him in t he back, the side etc.

When I look at CoD5 it's gonna be the same. Too much detail. Ofcourse it's awesome to look at, but that also means looking at every possible corner, wall, rubble because on a good server many people will camp the fuck out of it.

Anyway, I'm looking forward to bolt (sniper)rifles. I just hope snipers are enjoyable to play with and not FRUSTRATING like it is in CoD4.

CoD1 is still the best though. Well, it was. It's fucking boring and out-dated now. Time to go to the next generation of gaming.

If u had read the rest of the topic, you couldve understand that Im not buying cod5, because cod2 and 4 dissappointed me.. The only way Im gonna buy cod5, is if I hear it is a noob sprayfest.. And since it looks so much like cod4, I doubt that.
