Some interesting info(not confirmed, but looks good):
* Release date is partly confirmed to November this year.
* Platforms, PC-PS3-Xbox360 are confirmed
* Photorealistic graphics
* Very short loading time
* Vehicles and heli's in the SP, nothing confirmed on MP yet
* It will feature a experience system in mp by performing better,
players will unlock new cosmetic additions better weapons etc.
Silencers for the pistols and c4 for vehicles kills are among those.
* Airstrikes are in mp.
* Everything will be customizable in mp like outfits and such...
* The physics enabled is for real, you can blast buildings with tanks and take away a snipers nest.

There are no 640 mb GTX's ;)... only 768 mb.... The GTS comes with 640 mb.

This game can be run with an 8800GTX:

Im really looking forward to crysis. That is so nice game. I also saw a video about making maps, that was amazing, there are no other words for. It was one of these two links:

Yes, its fantastic. I played a bit with there previous editor (for farcry) but that was also very easy, but not that easy as this one. You can make in a few clicks a whole detailed cliffside with caves. Really amazing. DirectX10 Power, so upgrade to vista.

Hope my light dx10 card can run it properly..
Anyway, here is estimated system requirements:

Minimum Requirements

CPU: Athlon 64 3000+/Intel 2.8ghz
Graphics: Nvidia 6600/X800GTO (SM 2.0)
RAM: 768Mb/1Gb on Windows Vista
HDD: 6GB
Internet: 256k+
Optical Drive: DVD
Software: DX9.0c with Windows XP

Recommended Requirements

CPU: Dual-core CPU (Athlon X2/Pentium D)
Graphics: Nvidia 7800GTX/ATI X1800XT (SM 3.0) or DX10 equivalent
RAM: 1.5Gb
HDD: 6GB
Internet: 512k+ (128k+ upstream)
Optical Drive: DVD
Software: DX10 with Windows Vista

These have been set up by someone who helped making the game. Other words about requirements have been that an 7800GTX and a 1950xt can run it on fairly high details pretty smoothly

Now lets hope my pc will run it ok.. My card seems to underperform in cod2. Compared to other games.
