Activison have announced MW3 is in development in the court case against IW. They said IW are still making it. That means 3 CoD games are in development atm: CoD:BO (Treyarch), CoD 8 (Sledgehammer Games), MW3 (IW)....

Any guesses which one will fail the most? ;)

The one with Sledgehammer Games should be interesting, so I'm going to guess that it's either CoD 8 or MW3.

Apparently the one by sledgehammer one will be completely different to any other cod games. It is supposed to be a action/adventure game. I dont know how that will fit in with the rest of the series but yeah.
