Yes, they found it before considering they posted the out of map demo first, And secondly, almost all jumps out of map are old from saveglitching times.

if i good remember first time when we (i and DanTheMan) tried that out from district was on some scream's USA server, then 2 days after it u posted out from district here 
there was full server and i believe u was there and tried to do that stack after it... cause noone was doing anything on district before it, then 2 days after that my and dantheman's try i see your demo here
