You gonna get robbed.
Its wrong unless you truly think that Soviet and I truly live in "American" and that "You" is a contraction for "You are".

At least someone caught it (yes i did that on purpose for irony)

Most sarcasm on this forum is misunderstood as a person's misinterpretation of a subject unless something such as "*sarcasm*" or "/sarcasm" is input into the sentence/paragraph. "Because American is so perfect" is referring to the PLACE and NOT the language, unless he meant specifically to bash our dialect of English for some random reason which doesn't correlate to the quote in which he responded to, which was, for the most part:
Cut to the reality of 2009: the highest teen pregnancy rate in western Europe, a binge drinking culture that leaves drunk teens splayed out in the streets and rising knife crime that has turned some pub fights into deadly affairs.
Ahhh, Britain.

Take a breath, use a comma.
Let me explain again.
American = Typographical error.
You gonna get robbed = Vernacular. (I'll give you all 2 minutes to look that up)
So to step back to the original argument, there is no grammatical error, so the Grammar Police are out of their jurisdiction.
Then where you come from is doing it wrong!
Said the America [sic].

I suppose it all depends on who typed it for "American" to be a typographical error. "You gonna get robbed" is only a vernacular if you live in the ghetto .
I live less than a few minutes walk from a place locally referred to as the new "Murder Mile". It is not 'ghetto' but it is London. Ghetto talk is replaced by "Yout' Slang".

lol Drofder, quite a coincidence you posted that video. I was listening to Radio 1 at least a year ago, and heard someone saying about how he'd fallen out with a guy named Sloth (or something relating to Sloth), so I checked out his myspace, and heard that song. I really liked it, but at the time it hadn't been officially released, so I sent him a message asking if it was possible to buy it anywhere etc., and here is his response:
Ez Phil,
Thanks for the message bro.
The track will be available for download some time this month i will defo keep u updated.
Big up
Charlie
He never did keep me updated, but it was good to know that he gave it the personal touch
