I think Marshall has SOME valid points to be honest, the response has been unjustified on some levels.

some posts yes, some posts no.

But fact is, shit happened in the past, and I do not believe you should simply leave those things out of question. A simple apology for those points would suffice.

Admitting a mistake is the hard but apologising for them is seemingly impossible.
