i don't know, but you could speed up the process by finding out where the uo skybox images are, cause i don't wanna go any further foward until i have that

no im using normal cod. But i want a cool skybox, so i want the one for berlin. But to use it i have to first find it and copy it into my map .pk3

For CoD, you can find them in the pak5.pk3 file, under the folder env
For CoDUO, you can find them in the pakuo00.pk3 file, under the folder env

well whatever, i found another sky thats just as good. Anyway, ive got another scripted thing on there and im planning to add a few more. Overall i would say that my map is about 40% complete. Unfortunately i'm leaving today and won't get back until sunday so i'll be limited to weekends from here on out....damn weddings

anyway...how do i see if there are any non-fatal errors while compiling? it compiles so fast i don't have time to read any of it.

Not sure if it's possible if you use CoDUOMaker. I know it's possible if you are using CoDBuilder though. Or if you compile the map via console (.bat file).

Well, anyway, good luck on your map!

You can pause it by right clicking in the box, then select all so you can scroll through it.

thanks...is there any way to select only part of a brush?

To select only one side of the brush, hold down Shift+Ctrl and Left-click on one of the sides.

no, i don't mean like that, drofder gave me a huge lecture of caulking everything but what you see so i know all about selecting only one side :P Lets say ive got a brush about 6 units thick thats serving as a floor and i want to make a hole in it, is that possible?

There is no way to actually cut a hole out of a brush as such so its 1 piece...what you need to do is create the brushes around it, but don't use csg subtract, its crap and creates too many brushes.
You should learn to use the clipper tool(if you haven't already) so you can shape brushes the way you want also.
