Looks more like a waving piece of cloth tbh But I'm going with "just" the transparent green gue.

.......off..topic. Do you know how to make the background of a jpg file transparent.
Cause in Paintshop poro (haven't use photoshop much) you can do that but when you save it it saves the jpg with a white backgound.
