If you spun incredibly fast in a circle, how dizzy would you get and what would be the repercussions?

I would have thought so - the blood etc. in your system will still be under the effects of inertia, regardless of there being gravity.

By really fast, I do not mean serious g-forces - the sort of speed you could accomplish standing on your feet and just spinning. And by dizzy, I do not mean the sensation of feeling light-headed, I mean room-spinning dizzy.

After a little reading and some very limited knowledge, the cause of dizziness (in this sense) is the fluid in the inner ear moving.

My understanding is, as you turn your head the fluid moves (inertia and resistance means the fluid moves after the head moves) stimulating the nerves that touch the fluid during the turn. However, with constant turning the fluid catches up with the speed of the turn and stops stimulating any nerves - the brain get wrong signals concerning the movement.
When we stop spinning, the fluid does not, which sends messages to the brain to make it think we are spinning (hence the feeling of a spinning room).

Now, with that understanding, if this fluid is under 0-Gs , then how does it react to the spinning?
I assume it does react a little due to the resistance and inertia, but how differently does it stop (faster, slower?) and do you still get the sense of a room spinning?

To be disorientated you require gravity. No gravity = no sense of balance = no way to become disorientated.

You wouldn't fall over that is for sure. I may be wrong here but (without googling to confirm) if I remember correctly from GCSE / A Level Biology....there is liquid inside your ear that is responsible for balance - as this sloshes around your body basically treats it like a gyroscope and can determine your orientation. I imagine that if there is no gravity this effect wouldn't happen so perhaps you wouldn't suffer any issues (the spinning sloshes this all around and causes you to lose balance). Just a guess

I was about to comment on that, but you already looked it up. Some people in the world are having problems with that fluid (I'm not sure if it's missing, or just not working intended). Then your brain can't tell if you are standing straight or not, resulting in people falling and moving their eyes around like crazy (It's not only balance, the world around them seems to be spinning too, resulting in huge concentration loss). Pretty crazy when you suffer from that...
