PC is a gaming platform to me so I consider it a console for the sake of argument and so does Ultralala I guess.

Theres a picture with the lottery ticket itself, and below that the winning numbers.
If you compare those you see that the lottery ticket is always 1 up or down from the drawn number

You think that somehow 6 numbers are less likely to be selected than another 6 numbers when selected at random? Quite obvious that the 6 lottery numbers have exactly the same chance of being selected as the numbers+1 (these numbers).

It's not exactly the same. It's a 100% that there's a ticket with the lotto numbers on it. It's not a 100% that there's a ticket with +1 lotto numbers on it.
