The sort of people that hate bush arn't the same calibre of people that will hate Obama because of his colour. There has already been one assassination plot from neo nazi to kill Obama so...

I agree. Brush is hated by a lot of "normal" american citizens who have a family and so on, but they'd never think about killing him. This is totally different to a well-organized group of Nazis who are determined to assassinate Obama. The two stupid naziboys who were already mentioned above weren't well-organized, they didn't even think they could kill him.

whoops, xD. I was in a rush and wrote that fast without thinking . Saw it on a show and it made me lol when they went around asking white people who they would vote for when a black guy was right next to them. Its amazing what 4 hours of sleep does to you x.x.

EDIT: On a side note, i wouldn't have voted if I could have (Under the legal voting age ftl) for the reason that the 3 people running were the worst 3 that I've seen so far throughout American history. So no matter who won, I would probably be pissed off.

2nd EDIT: (lol editing ftw) Too lazy to write indepth about Obama + need to sleep.

Honestly, I am glad he won, he was the better of the two choices. McCain's plans were a no-no in my book.
Sadly, the United States are not what it is supposed to be and I am sure many racist people will try and attack him.
It's sad to think about it, people still follow this ridiculously idiotic and childish manner of hating someone because of their skin color. I say: Grow up society, mature and move on!

he's half white and half black. that's usually a crappy situation to be in, but for some reason black people seem to ignore the fact that he's 50% white and even call him "the first black president". White people on the other hand are usually careless about color unless a black person comes up to them and acts like we are all racist, unless you really are racist, then i understand why a black person would act like that. most black people i know (except the 1 or 2 percent which wear glasses and people call urkel (how do u spell his name?)) will act like all white people are racist and "put the black man down" when they are putting themselves down. It makes me sick.

If I was forced to vote and have still keep the right to bitch, i would've voted for Bob Bahr for the fact that I know that he'd lose. If i had that choice taken from me... probably Obama since he has a likelyhood of being shot or murdered, then Biden would be president, and i prefer that over McCain or Palin.

Good job screwing your self america. Why should any one go and work all day when they could sit at home and watch TV? Exactly, He's gonna take money from me that i work for every day and give it to retards who dont work and voted for him because he is gonna give them MY money. Watch this video http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P36x8rTb3jI . How can you not say thats the only reason he won? All through history it has shown that what he wants to do DOES NOT WORK. First middle class people will get screwed, then once all the middle class people are screwed they will start getting welfare checks to, and eventually the moneys gonna run out. Then everyone will be screwed. Also how can you not say hes racist when his preacher said that they must annihilate the white scourge? If anyone needs an assistant to assinate him im in :D

If I hear one person insult Obama I swear to god people are going to die. I just spent seven hours at school supporting a group of people I never thought I'd support (the blacks). Texas is full of a ton of shit inhaling cuntbags. All day I heard Obama sucks, yet, even after spending an entire lunch trying to get a logical response out of someone critisizing Obama, I have yet to get a logical reason. I warn you now, if you want to insult Obama, you better fucking back it up with some type of at least slightly intelligent logic or I will FUCKING KILL YOU

"Under the tax plan of John McCain , the rich, poor and middle-class would pay less. Under the plan of Barack Obama, the rich would pay more while the poor and middle-class would pay less."

depends on which way you decide to argue on which is better.

Only reason i posted this was to show that there is an argument as to why people don't like Obama. I live in a state which was won by McCain, yet I'm in a COMPLETE OPPOSITE of what You (with a capital Y ) went through. I've had to deal with blacks CHANTING, not saying or talking about, Obama's name. THE WHOLE ****ING DAY, OBAMA! OBAMA! OBAMA! OBAMA! OBAMA! ALL MOTHER ****ING DAY.... not a single white person chanted his name (take that to mean whatever you want it to).

The middle class would be paying less under Obama's plan. That is his entire concept. And, if you think that taxes is even a somewhat important issue right now then you have some serious issues.

-economy
-war
-terrorism
-foreign policy
-water crisis
-energy crisis
-climate issues
-abortion
-gays

In all of those (with perhaps the exception of abortion) Obama's idea is far better than McCain's. McCain voted with Bush 9/10 times and where did Bush lead America in the economy? The war in Iraq is unwinnable and McCain wants to stay in. Putting America's troops in Iraq is subjecting them to death from any direction. An aggressive foreign policy defeats freedoms of America and promotes war and death in places that are completely unnecessary. With regards to energy, climate, and water McCain insulted Obama's statement saying that you should check your tires to make sure they are properly inflated as they can save much gas. McCain doesn't give a shit about the environment or any long term issues (except terrorism). As for gays, everyone should have equal rights and if you don't agree with that then you are just as bad as the inbreds in Arkansas.

McCain is essentially identical to Bush in almost every single policy. We had Bush for 8 years already. How did that turn out? The very idea that Obama is different enough, uncorrupted enough by politics, and a beacon of hope for most of the world puts him above McCain.

Obama: Graduated from Harvard top of his class with a JD with honors. He went to undergraduate at Columbia University where he was 9th in the nation and got a BA in political science specializing in international relations

McCain: graduated 894th out of 899 from college.

Those are my reasons why I don't like McCain. I'm sorry if they seem direct or rash, it is just the fastest way to explain why I don't like him. I'm not targeting you personally at all or anything, I'm just trying to get my point across without typing too much.

That being said, I'm sorry you had to put up with those guys. I don't know what state you live in, but where I live very few people chant Obama. The ones that do are black. I don't know about you, but I think we have some pretty intelligent people on these forums (all of which are white). I have seen either 'I don't cares' or Obamas from everyone thus far. White people may not support him where you live, but intelligent white people do. For the most part it's not a matter of race, it's a matter of liberal vs. conservative.

And i hope that you are right. The only things that bothered me about your post are what i bolded in the quote. Putting people into ANY war will create death. And intelligent white people? maybe most of them did vote for Obama, but from what i've seen at my school and on my local news channel, most white Obama supporters said something along the lines of this
"I'm voting for Obama"
"why?"
"....Because...."
I don't consider that too intelligent in my book. A blind vote, NO MATTER WHO IT IS FOR, is worse than not voting imo. I'm not saying i didn't see this on the McCain side, I just haven't seen as much of it on his side. But i'm glad that you had a far better argument and knowledge about Obama than many other people that I've seen in America/Georgia (state i live in).

P.S. THIS IS THE FIRST PRESIDENT EVER TO BE.... HAWAIIAN!!!!! :D :D :D

true. There are some on both sides.

What I meant by death from any direction is the warfare they are engaging in. The terrorists attack from any direction and blend in perfectly. The US (and other supporting countries) marches down their streets in blatantly obvious uniforms and almost always has to have orders from higher up before they can even undertake any type of violent operation. The best comparison I can see is that of the British to America in our revolution. The British marched down our streets in bright red uniforms in straight lines beating drums. We hid behind trees and blended in as much as we could. It is idiotic warfare and even more idiotic to presume that you could ever win against such ignorance and prejudice without absolute obliteration of it.

The intelligent white people thing was just a generalization and stereotype. I was trying to get my point across quickly and I guess I didn't go into enough detail.

The sad truth of it is the vast majority of voters are uninformed (by mass majority I mean probably 98%). The fact that you live in Georgia makes sense though :P
