I love cats.. We used to have a cat for 16 years, but she died about a year ago. And now my mother doesnt want a new cat because the cat would destroy our new couch
And even though we allways had cats (that last 16 years was just one of them) I cant convince my mom to get a new one

He says a number of words (albeit not too frequently) including shit (only said this twice, ages ago!), Shearer, Philip, (other members of family's names), England, good boy, hello, peds, hi peds.

The best thing is that he usually says "hello" when the phone rings

Well thats fucking awesome. I want a pedigree . Is there any like real way to teach them, or do they just sorta pick up on words like babies?.

Depends what you mean by teach. It doesn't learn the language, only the words. I read somewhere once that they taught a chimp to speak. I'm assuming it's as you said, just words like babies do.

Yeah I mean like, teaching it certain words, do you just keep repeating them to it, or does it just listen to you.

It probably just learns the word, not what is actually is.
