ok, here is the deal. You wont get banned for saying stfu ones, you wont even get banned if u use it 3 times an hour. But you will get banned for constant abusive behavior (swearing, abusing votes, some more swearing, blocking and swearing)

i dont abuse votes, im not abusive, i dont swear all the time, maybe on the odd accasion but not aimed at anyone so

You do abuse vote. You votekicked me without proper reason. You do swear a lot (not constantly, but if anyone does anything you dont like u fire away). So, yes you are abusive.

Oh, so that was your brother.. Well. Then you arent banned, but your brother is. If u want to be mad at someone for being banned, get mad at your brother.

technically it was my brother who got the first warning, so why should i be punished for this 1st warning of mine?

Because you have no proof that it was your brother and not you.. And why should we keep in mind that it couldve been your brother. Use a different profile as your brother to avoid these situations.

well that i cant prove but he just goes on my x-fire wen im out and clicks on the codjumper server so therefor he doesnt change profile.... hes only 10 years old

ohh dear..... its hardly bad images is it, its got no nudety, no killing in codjumper, so how can that influence him to become bad when hes older?

The 16+ age limit is not to there to keep him from seeing bad stuff.. Its for keeping kids from flaming on the internet. You should see it as protection for the average player from having to go through ordeals like this.. Having to ban ppl and having to explain why they got banned.

its actually there because these games influence teenagers to commit crimes with guns etc, not f;laming on the internet because ive seen people at the age of 20 flaming on the internet

Its both. Yes, older players flame too. But on average do so less as younger ppl. Plus, it doesnt matter why the age limit is there. Fact is, the age limit ís there.

Honestly from what I have read lukas, YOUR guid is the one that has done the offense, it doesn't matter who was behind that computer. Just take this as a lesson to get your act together and treat others with respect or you will not get any.
Also, give up on trying to get out of this ban, you won't.
If you liked the server so much, you should have thought twice before abusing others.
