Problems with cod4

I think a camping sniper is more lame then a normal playing P90 user.
The fact that CB bans something, doesnt make it weak.

I fail to see what's 'lame' about the P90. In my opinion, it's the best gun in the game, yet you get called a noob for playing with it. There's no reason why I should disadvantage myself by not playing with it...

nonono... I said that for KS.

I don't like the P90, I prefer the mini AK. But even then, I'm not such a big fan of SMGs.

I hop, around corners, yes. And also when an enemy suddenly appears right in front of me which I'm not expecting. It's to make it harder for him to shoot you. Must've brought that into CoD when I was playing UT. Standing still = death. I see a difference between bunny hopping and just a 'hop'. I'm not doing bunny hopping, that's just stupid and it doesn't help you at all because after a couple of jumps you move insanely slow and it's very easy to get killed.

Regarding sniping... I'm not camping in a single corner all the time like I see some other people do (Also with other guns). Specialy in corners where you don't expect them. I don't see what's the fun in that. That's taking the piss. That's what I hate most about HC, he kills you if it's a 'good' player while I have, personaly, still a chance in normal mode.

Also, with most maps... I have a favourite place in all maps. Like the building where you can pass trough in Bog (There's only one) or being around in the construction yard in Backlot just to name a couple. Just the spots where you perform best.

Shoot.
Run.

Infact even more precisely, a sniper will spend hours/days watching their target before even considering the kill and only when they are happy that not only can they kill the target but escape undetected, will they take the shot.

Also, remember, a sniper is only as good as his fellow allies

I couldn't agree more. Even if you move reasonably fast in UT it's still very easy to die

I don't see why people complain about 'bunny hopping' (by that I mean jumping to avoid gunfire as opposed to just jumping like a bunny). Well, on second thoughts, I can see why they complain, but I think they're wrong.

The whole reason I jump is to avoid gunfire. I try my best to avoid gunfire by moving as unpredictably as possible. If they can't shoot me then that's their fault for not being good enough at the game. I shouldn't slow down just for the benefit of them, just like I shouldn't use a worse gun than the P90 just to give them less of a disadvantage.

As for sniping, I have nothing against people camping with snipers, as long as people aren't glitching then they can do whatever the hell they want

People complain about campers, but surely it's a good thing? That's one person who's location you can know for sure, which is a major advantage. You can choose to either avoid his location (and get him less kills), or kill him yourself.

i have the same problem with this shit graphic bugs.... i know the reason for me.. its because my graphic card gets too hot while playing cod4.... i told you its the same reason for you maybe but we couldnt check cus ur card doesnt has a temperature sensor
but u could also open ur case and touch the card with ur fingers when u have this bugs... u will see if its too hot
or buy a temperatur sensor on ebay (~5 €)
or try to clean ur cooler from the card... or try other graphic drivers.... (the newest isnt the best always.. or try omega drivers)

I don't believe you need to buy anything at all Atze. I'm not entirely sure but I believe you can download something which checks the temperature.

My father uses it, but I can't say for sure if he bought it.

ye i know much progs which tell u the temperatur (everest for example, free tool) but for this ur card needs a temperatur sensor and emp his card (HD 3850) doesnt have one... without this sensor no1 can tell u the temp ;p

i think i fixed my card from overheating because i had my ventilator against a plank ( so the air couldnt go anywhere ) but now ive set it in the open and havnt' had the problems
