it's summer time here now, but still a bit cold, just took out the Trash at 2:45am this morning for the Trash collection at 9am, was a little nippy, had to get back in to watch a movie im ~DOWNLOADING FRom one of the ABOVE PUBLIC DOMAIN LINKS.. ermm yea well...lol say no more... hahahaha

Drofder's topic was about the fact that the site had gone down and related people arrested, so it wasn't an advertisement as such for the site.

That is a different topic. I started that topic aswell.

The topic I mean is the topic that tv-links was back up, but with a new design. So, he was promoting it, exactly the same as Steve is promoting his.

Thanks Soe_Zaitsev, least you understand... And yea i also think Drofder was promoting TV-Links( Not having go at Drofder coz his cool dude. ) but it was Advertising a TV site. Anyways i got a new member today.lol made him a MOD coz i think he can help with my board.(i Hope)

sites which directly links to warez are warez sites, plain and simple. There is no way around it.

If your site links to other sites who host the warez, or links to a site, which further links to another site hosting the warez, your site is under current law, a warez site. Sadly, that is the way it works.

Damm it, lol it's not a Fucking Warez Site, it's a MOVIE SITE.
Movies is not warez, ya cant make a image from a movie by itself, you need software (Wares to do that)
MOVIES IS NOT WAREZ, and 95% of these movies are from MOVIE LINKS Sites/ HOSTS.

Whether you like it or not, claiming your site is a 'MOVIE' site and not a warez site isn't going to make any difference as to whether or not you're breaking the law.

I think what is going on is the confusion of the term warez...

Warez usually refers to illegal software, but nowadays, almost anything that is illegal to download is referred to as warez.

Also, I am not trying to be hypocritical, so I am not disagreeing with people by posting the TV-Links and not condoning this, I am just pointing out the difference between what is and what is not legal. This is not legal.

We also have to remember the laws of the respective country. Steve is a UK resident, Tv-Links is no longer uk hosted.
Also, TV-Links was a well known, where as this one is private operated.

Post it if you wish, but the warning has been given, authorities do not consider ignorance or lack of knowledge a good enough excuse.
