I don't know a lot about modding, mapping or whatever but I doubt it's possible to 'swap' weapons from CoD2 to CoD4 (I might be wrong, just guessing).
If you want to start from scratch you need to start modding, skinning, prolly some scripting and adding the sound. Although I reckon the sound wouldn't be that difficult.
Anyway, that's what I think

Yeah the only thing i would have problems with is scripting. I could figure the sound and skinning out but I cant figure out scripting what so ever.

Drofder is your man here. He's one of our (if not) best scripter on these forums. He most likely has an answer for your questions so don't hesitate to ask him for help, or just ask on the forums. Seriously, there's a lot of people who are very good at scripting around here.

Yea ive read the tuts on scripting ands its a no go for me.
