Well because soviet was too lazy to finish the job, I went ahead and gave my best shot.
I lightened the overall sig with a centered glow and gave a matching border to my avatar.

i tried but i couldn't do it, the shade of blue you wanted looked terrible with the gray of your avatar and I couldn't get a sense of unity at all in the sig
