Because they display in date order (I am not sure why)

That kinda sucks, it gets annoying when you are trying to find the unread topic

Announcements are only shown in the order they were created. I can see why they would do this, but it's annoying having been used to ordering by date of last post. There must be a setting somewhere, just a matter of finding it

Normal posts show below announcements, so that would mean editing all 253 topics and changing them from announcement to normal posts. Not gonna happen. Just don't post in old topics
