From what you said it looks like a pretty good build, I just built a E6400 on a ds3 like 2 weeks ago and it was great and this will be even better :)

but like many said the ram is kinda bad, If money is a problem then I would get 1 stick of 1gb then get a 2nd stick later, you should also make sure to get a higher speed ram so you can oc it more and still use a 1:1

here is what I put in my comp and i like it

Well. My mom might notice the difference when her favorite game is starting to run a lot smoother. Solitaire is quite hard for a pc to run u know ;)

Does anyone know if MSI is a good brand for gfx cards?
We might be going for the 7900gto instead of the 7950gt, because it doesnt get as hot, concidering our PC is placed in between a wall and the desk, the ventilation isnt the best..
And because of its overclocking capabilitys in case we can pursuade our parrents (yes I know overclocking can cause the card to overheat too).

msi is okay, but if you can, go for an eVGA or BFG, they are by far the best brands

Well, the site they sell the GTO's, they only sell them in MSI, but that is good enough from what I hear.
The other site we buy our stuff from didnt sell them at all.

looks like MSI is only making those --> http://tweakers.net/pricewatch/zoeken?k ... Max=&land=

And about youre airflow problem. Just buy a case that thas a front fan (ore a place to install one) and one in the back and youre good to go. And to keep everything cool use an cpu cooler to, just buy an artic cooler (price 15.50 euro)
So i dont thing that heat will be a problem if you choose those things.

We never had any heating problems with our current pc, so i think we will be ok. Maybe an extra gfx card cooler incase of overclocking?

Well the cooler that comes with it should be fine, and like all-killer said, a few case fans will help. 1 or 2 at the front(intake) and 1 or 2 at the rear(exaust) is most common, some even have them on the side panel or on the top. The bigger the fans the better, as they push more air and can run at less RPM, which means less noise.

I should defently take an GFX cooler because most of the stock coolers are making a lot off noice. And my opninium is to take that cpu cooler (only 15 euro) and overclock youre cpu. Those things are so stable and youre cpu has a longer life for gaming.

Also an tip, just place youre pc that you want to build on tweakers.net and look what real pc experts think about it. maby they have some good idea's ore improvements

allready asked for that at gamingforums... They basicly said the same thing as here, 2 gb highly recommended, the rest should all be ok.
about the stock gfx cooler, reviews say its very quite, even if the card is overclocked to 7900gtx standards, also without big temperature increase, still very stable.

oke than its oke. And if i said before about the 2 gb so i should take 1 gb and later place 1 gb extra when the 1 gb isnt running smoothly anymore.
