or

Sorry for being late, but I got really sick,so I was unable to get on my computer. Ergo, I was unable to update the server :(
But I will do it right now :wink:

Thats fine, as long as I havent spent about 1 hour spinning too find that it doesnt actually work :P

Ive upgraded my jump server to 1.8

I like it but I dont think the punish works. It works, then it doesnt work. I'll scroll up and it wont work anymore.

This is in console. After login in console, i can change the map and all but the punish stops working. I think there might be a small bug in there that isnt letting me do some commands including the punish. Because at times, it wont work yet I can still force a map change.

works well..had some fun with it on groms server, which included spinning and freezing KS when he tried to show 7 ppl the secret room in my map :P

The punish commands dont seem to work all the time... I used them yesterday, but when i tried again today, they didnt work..
Could u fix that drof?

Hmm, without knowing what causes the error, its hard to fix it. I did find that spelling incorrectly stopped the commands working, but I fixed that (i think) using a error return.

I'll see if I can find anything, if possible try to remember what you did just before it stopped working...

Another little bug, when voting gets enabled, instead of showing the message "Admin: Voting is now enabled!" it now shows only "CJ_VOTE_ENABLED"

Guess thats pretty easy to fix though.. :)

I've had no luck using the punish commands as of recent. Also, my server crashed, but thats another issue. Since I had to re-do the server, ive decided 1.7 was the way to go.

I like the old /rcon burn 1

If you can make all commands that simple, it'd be awesome! The inclusion of the punish is another step IMO. Although that could just mean im lazy. LOL.

The inclusion of the punish command was to make the script more simple and less hassle (I shortend the script by about a third).

In the future, with the some help I will be producing an Admin menu. You can lgin and administer punsih commands via the menu. But not for a while yet.

If you can locate the issue with the server and the mod, please say... otherwise I am convinced there are no problems :P

I have a request/suggestion
The new mod has a limit for how many times in a row you can load a saved position, and I presume it is adjustable, but it typically seems to be 4 times to load with a seven second waiting period.
However, that doesn't start until you attempt to make the fifth load
So if you load four times, then say okay I'll wait 10 seconds, and then try to load again you have to wait seven more seconds
I know this seems silly, but I would presume it should be able to keep track of this and we should be able to moderate our in between time with out trying to load a fifth time, when we know we cannot load anyway

There is a problem with what you want to happen...

Let me describe exactly what happens.

your load amounts are set to 0.
You load... set to 1,
again, set to 2,
again set to 3 (you have now used the 3 loads)
Just because you have used your 3 loads, does not mean you cannot load... just means you cannot load in that position.

If I were to make it start the count down straight after the 3rd load, then you would have to wait before you could save in a new position also.

its hard to explain, but it just wouldn't work as intended...

I believe I understand, I was just trying to right the syntax out for what I would think should happen, and to me what I see as the problem (on paper that is) is defining a new load from the load you were counting from, but it could be more complex than that

Could you add a counter, like underneath the ammo where it says visit CoDjumper.com? Nothing bigger than the text there, just like four "I"s and as you load away your positions they dissappear, that way if you get down from your spot to let somebody pass through and it takes awhile and you lose track of how many loads you have left, you have a visual reference to remind you?
