Starting my own server

....ok, but i did delete them, but when i want to play on a server on my favourites, it auto downloads them, but when i trun autodownload off it wont let me go in server....wut do i do??

Not much.

Servers are meant to use "fs_game" folders to stop this happening, but most dont. Its just a complication that im afraid you will have to deal with. I usually delete the mods when I come off a server.
