No its "Parkour", or "Le Parkour" Or the direct translation for english... "The Course".

Free Running is the "public" name for it... Its like calling football, "soccer"... but not as bad

Well, I never had the chance to do ICT (only for 1 or 2 years but they taught us pointless stuff like how to use Microsoft Word, which I already knew anyway).
