I'm pretty sure a browser in VB uses Internet Explorer, I might be wrong but if I'm not then check out http://simple-adblock.com/, maybe you can add that into it somehow. Not sure exactly, only played with VB a little bit. You could also check out http://forums.devshed.com/ and http://www.codeguru.com/forum/ for help.
