I'm used to IE so I let it be as it is.

You should try out other alternatives, and see what you are missing!
When I first got used to the interface and the nice things in Opera, it's like going five years back when I must use IE.
Cant think of browsing without mouse-gestures, advanced transfer page, tabbed browsing, included IRC client, mail client and lots of other good stuff!

My advice: Try out some other alternatives

i have firefox but i cant find nglayout.initialpaint.delay, and im worried, it says set max connections to 200, that makes me think its leaving a door ope for hackers/adaware/spyware, maybe because those settings were so low was why firefox was so safe in the first place.
