Yeh I found it out too. You can do it with either 125 or 250 fps.

Should be easier with 250 since you jump higher, unless there's a "sweet spot" to look at as mentioned before

There is a sweet spot. You cannot seem to do it while staring directly at the wall. I also found jumping and holding forward to cause a drop in success.
