There is a way tough, you see it in some videos, pretty sure you will need another program for that tough, cba to look in to it tbh.

Yeah I don't think theres some other program that can get you in noclip from just a demo, and if there was a program that did that surely it would just be a command in CoD4 taht it was using.

Yea some of them even integrated custom animated 3d.. but having a way to use no clip in a demo would be like a dream come true 
..
