Said to myself that I wouldn't drink tonight as I'm ill, one beer lead to about 10 alcopops and stayed out till 3. Still, get huge discounts with my student card so is worth it.

I just hope it's not for alcohol only ? That would encourage drinking. Not that you mind ofc

It is for alcohol only, although I'll have you know I had two pints of Coca Cola earlier on in the night, but got fed up of Â£2 for a pint of coke and Â£1.50 for a pint of Carlsberg!

I don't mean the NUS card. The place I went to is a place called Walkabout (Australian bar, they have many bars), and they have a student card you can pay Â£10 for which gives you discounts. Obviously it's a steep up front cost, but in the long run I'm saving so much money.

McDonalds accept NUS cards and give you a free cheese burger with every order, although I hate McDonalds so I go Burger King anyway (bacon double cheese burger ftw).

Also, I get 10% off at HMV

Yep, the NUS card is generally accepted throughout the country and the Walkabout card is specific to them (it also offers discounts at Old Orleans and some other place I've never heard of).

You spoke to him on MSN? lol, got offered cocaine by some black guy at approx 2:10am after being kicked out of a club for being sick. Denied it, of course!

Anyway, that Trafalgar Square lion mount was indeed epic - all the tourists do it but not at 1am and when drunk, that's what living in London is all about!

Currently 7:50am and haven't slept yet, just got breakfast!
