If you only want to see the 'most epic 27 seconds' it starts from 3:24. And if you are skipping it read this:
The power of the event went out at the 5th map (overtime) at the last 27 seconds. So they had to restart the whole map but did the exact same thing what they did before the power went out and paused the game till the map time was at 27 seconds left. They start again at 3:24 in the video.
