People have the right to state their opinion, as long as they are respectful.

And Hardy_Gurl, the reason he was banned in the first place is irrelevant. Let me make this clear


1. We typically unban the person who appeals eventually if there is no statement by the person who banned them
2. Further, we even typically unban people when the admin steps forward and says what he/she did wrong
3. We do not condone disrespect towards members of the community. This will typically result in a ban. However, disrespect towards admins is a sure way to get banned. This is especially interesting since he insulted almost every single CJ Team member, CJ Helpers, and the Site Admins (this is, of course, not mentioning the other members he insulted). Don't believe me?

Be respectful at all times
Admins' decision is final
Do not be insulting / offensive towards people
Do not purposely annoy people
Do not spam

That is 5 rules that were broken.

Let me give you an example of what you are suggesting.

1. A man is sentenced to life in jail for killing someone
2. While in jail, the man kills someone
3. They go back over the trial with DNA testing and realize the man was innocent

Is that guy getting free? Fuck no. Even though he didn't kill the first person, he still killed the second.

Why would we waste hours of our precious time searching through hundreds of megabytes of server logs to see that he was innocent on the servers if we would ban him for his forum acts anyway? That would just be complete idiocy.
