Red Tinted Map

Suddenly after working on my maps for a while I came across this problem where CoD4 Compile Tools WONT Compile reflections no matter what. (unless its a single player map like test)

Whenever I click on compile reflections it runs and goes to a black screen for a second then just crashes

I tried ReDownloading mp_tools.exe and CoD Compile Tools Folder and nothing seemed to change

any help would be appreciated thank you in advance!
