Problem with loading screen

I used this tutorial to make a loading screen for my map http://wiki.modsrepository.com/index.ph ... n_Creation

But i keep getting this error when i run the map
"R_AddCmdDrawStretchPic: NOT DRAWING WITH MATERIAL "$levelbriefing", because it has a fogable technique"

but still the loading screen for the map is default (checkerboard)

Anyone know how to fix this ?
