Ah kk thnks for the little learning spree, and ive finnally fixed the prob as i thought tht some folder outside of cod/main folder were to do with the pb side of things, turned out they werent and everythings back to normal

Tbh wtf, i done a re-install, first un-installed and then re-installed and all the shit is still there :S

When i try to watch the demos tht spx has made i get an error saying something bout kar98k_1_mp canot be found or something can some1 give me a link to download this wotever the ghey thing is ?! lol cheers
