From there you can get on the second series of balconies including a seperate balcony which is around the corner. Next are a couple of annoying jumps to another window and an electricity pole (+ a tree and another electricity pole, but those are not essential to the jump). From the first pole bounce the big red canopy and land on a balcony at the edge of the map! If you RPG-bounce the same canopy you can go even higher onto the roof!
